If you have great sales and customer service experience and want the opportunity to work at different AMLI communities, we have a great job for you. As the Leasing Consultant for our Old 4th Ward Campus properties, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at our 3 apartment communities located within walking distance of each other. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. You'll get the opportunity to plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work. Requirements :
Previous Leasing experience
HS/GED required, college a big plus.
Weekend availability and travel to different AMLI communities is required.
