AMLI Residential is looking for candidates with strong sales skills and exceptional customer service abilities for an opening at our luxury apartment community in Austin's Burnet Corridor. As the Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. As the Leasing Consultant you are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.
Requirements
:

• We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales experience.
• HS/GED required, college a big plus.
• Weekend availability is required.
