Overview:

Join the AMLI Residential maintenance team as our new Maintenance Technician at our apartment community Atlanta. In this role you will responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds; diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. Duties include:

• Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests, and notify management upon completion of service requests or of pending work due to back ordered supplies.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Keep pools, fountains, hot tubs, and other amenity areas in clean and operable condition. Maintain and monitor all safety related equipment and needed records.
• Conduct 17 minute inspections as required; participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• May perform routine maintenance punch on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy and or grounds-keeper duties as required, including ensuring asset appearance to AMLI standards.

Requirements:

• EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certification.
• 1-3 years maintenance/HVAC experience
• Available for on call and weekend rotation
