The Greystar Revenue Management team is actively interviewing Revenue Analyst and Revenue Associate candidates for a tentative Q1 2021 start date. Revenue Analyst candidates should at a minimum have vast Assistant Manager experience. Revenue Associate candidates should have at a minimum have Community Manager experience. It is preferred for the analyst and associate roles that candidates have experience: communicating with 3rd party clients, a revenue management system (Yieldstar or LRO), diverse asset type and asset strategy experience, and excellent communication skills. Supports the planning, implementation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of the Company's revenue management application and systems, monitors that proper system settings are being utilized, identifies and reports any issues and problems, and supports the onsite management teams in the daily application of the revenue management system to ensure optimum rental rates and maximum revenues. Candidates can be based out of any major city with a Greystar Corporate office. Greystar corporate offices are currently closed at least until June 2021.
