The ideal candidate must be a quick learner with good communication and technical skills. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as manage projects and deadlines independently and provide stellar customer service. The primary purpose and function of the HRIS Analyst provide HR system administration and support.
Support various Workday modules including Recruiting, Onboard and Learning.
Partner closely with HRIS team, business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
Serve as the primary point of contact for team member inquiries and manage HRIS e-mail box and ticketing systems.
Ensure data integrity within the HR management system and generate standard and ad-hoc reports
Develop HRIS Process documentation, Workday Documents, Job Aids and How-to Videos.
Assist with HRIS data audits and cleanup.
Assist with broadening internal knowledge of Workday through hands-on training to HRIS and other support teams.
Provides ongoing telephone, online, webinar and in person support.
Identifies and recommends product customizations, enhancements or workarounds.
Analyzes, troubleshoots and helps resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner.
Documents and logs work efforts.
Provides recommendations to leadership around potential best practices and training on solutions.
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as recruitment, training, etc.
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions
Respond to employee, manager and HR team requests and escalating issues as appropriate
Assist with data management and file maintenance to include day to day data entry and employee data maintenance in the HRIS
