Performs various tasks and activities to provide administrative and help desk support to department(s) and/or managers. JOB DESCRIPTION * Performs data entry to update property level attributes and other system changes as needed. * Provides help desk support by responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end users to ensure satisfaction resolution of systems-related issues. * Completes projects, tasks, assignments, and other work that is unique to the specific assigned department or business area (including those requiring special knowledge and/or skills); follows departmental policies and procedures, and meets standards, metrics, and other benchmarks used within the department for evaluating performance and results.
