AMLI Residential has an opening for a Floating Leasing Consultant that will work at several of our luxury apartment communities in our Dallas market. We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills and exceptional customer service abilities. As the floating Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. Requirements :
We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales experience
Previous leasing experience a plus
HS/GED required, college a big plus.
Weekend availability and travel to different AMLI communities is required.
