AMLI Residential has an exciting Leasing Consultant opportunity at AMLI Fountain Place, which is the tallest Dallas skyscraper to be built in three decades! AMLI Fountain Place will be a 45 story luxury apartment high rise located in downtown Dallas. If you have strong sales and great customer service skills, apply now.

Leasing Consultants are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our "SMART Office" technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. As a Leasing Consultant you must posses strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities and a desire to work in an environment with cutting edge leasing technology.

Requirements:

• Experience at a lease-up or high rise community
• HS/GED required, college a big plus.
• Weekends are required.
