The International Yardi Business Analyst will assist in gathering business and functional requirements and developing and implementing programs, projects, and initiatives within the Yardi Accounting Software for International Stakeholders. In addition, this candidate will be instrumental in trailblazing new processes and procedures for the international property management within countries all over the world.
Yardi Technical Job Requirements:
Although an accounting degree is not required, there must be a deep understanding of Accounting principles, financial reporting and how Yardi functions in regard to both.
Knowledge of Yardi Database setup and support.
Proven aptitude with written and oral communication.
Proven ability to interact with Senior Management to site personnel in communications, understandings and analysis' of current processes in place.
Ability to contribute to property implementations and migrations in Yardi databases.
Assistance in analyzing current processes and ability to help design better and more efficientprocesses while paying particular attention to the Company "Gold Standards" and the individualcountry requirements.
Ability to write simple back end queries with clear understanding of Yardi Database and Table Structure.
Assist with gathering system requirements, design, development, testing, and system roll-out, including preparing senior management reporting on results.
Has experience developing end user manuals to support systems and software training, and can prepare detailed functional specifications for reports.
May supervise and provide leadership to novice Business & Systems Analysts, and completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
