The Curriculum Designer's responsibilities include creating detailed, engaging curriculums and quality resources, liaising with subject experts, outlining objectives, and providing feasible timeframes. You should be passionate about learning and aware of how digital technology has reshaped education. Leads and participates in the development of interactive and in app guidance trainings for the Company's Global Operating Platform. To be successful as a Curriculum Designer, you should understand how the learning process works and be prepared to collaborate with a wide range of professionals. Outstanding candidates have strong project management abilities, and excellent technical writing, research, and communication skills. The Curriculum Designer will analyze and evaluate system user-interfaces and collect end user feedback to identify gaps in usability and user-experience. From this research, the systems trainer will create and propose improved UI processes with the goal in mind to improve Global Operating Platform adaption rates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting research and collaborating with global subject matter experts and business partners, to develop quality training curricula.
• Leads in design, development, and maintenance of training curriculum including and not limited to, interactive trainings for areas of system identified as challenging for end users do to usability / user-experience gaps, operational policies, and to identify/highlight new system features.
• Establish feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum.
• System evaluations to identify usability and user-experience gaps to add to training curriculum and create / propose improved system designs.
• Uses software tools to create interactive trainings which consist of walk throughs, tool tips, callouts, etc.
• Partners and meets with SAAS providers Product, Design, and Development teams to review proposed designs to aide in system improvements with goal of improving customer experience and adoption.
• Partners and works with other GALOP team members and SAAS partners to stay up to date on system improvements through SAAS providers releases. Oversees updating of training curriculum at a global level of new system features.
• Evaluates and reports on training program effectiveness by developing and evaluating software training analytics.
• Partners with Director of Product Development to participate and aide in UI/UX improvements with SAAS providers.
