Overview:

AMLI is looking for a dedicated Painter to paint the interior and exterior areas of our properties at our Old 4th Ward campus apartment communities. You will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of all painting supplies and equipment. You will also assist with "make-ready" and other miscellaneous duties as a member of the Maintenance team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Paint the interior and exterior areas of the property. This includes such tasks as the preparation of the area to be painted, painting designated areas, clean up areas, clean up areas after painting and carrying buckets of paint from storage area to work site.

• Care for, maintain, and inventory all painting supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Courteous, efficient response to resident requests. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during and after leasing an apartment. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents; initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.

• Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience of Painting, Drywall and Sheetrock repair. Monday-Friday schedule.
