Overview:

Come join a team of professionals at AMLI Residential as our new IT Systems Analyst. In this integral role, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software systems issues for AMLI personnel. This position is the first point of contact for AMLI's software/desktop needs and end-user issues affecting AMLI. The IT Systems Analyst role ensures proper prioritization of issues and that the resulting resolutions meet AMLI's needs. This job entails analyzing and resolving system software and hardware issues, installing software & printers, escalating PC support, and troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL Functions of the Job:

• Utilize SCCM to create and manage the deployment packages for end-user operating systems, applications, and patches.
• Analyze, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical support issues. Build, install, and repair workstations as needed.
• Complete the configuration and installation of AMLI end-user equipment to established standards for development, acquisition, and remodel projects.
• Complete on-site upgrade, support, and routine maintenance trips as needed.
• Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, participate in policies and procedure discussions, and propose upgrades recommendations.
• Evaluate and manage standard equipment lists. Manage hardware lifecycles. Help set and adhere to hardware budgets and minimum hardware specifications.
• Serve as escalated support to the Helpdesk and other IT team members for advanced troubleshooting and end-user systems issues.
• Communicate effectively and follow up with interdepartmental personnel to ensure timely resolution of support issues.
• Ensure effective documentation of all support-related efforts and communications in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required. BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in supporting/troubleshooting desktop/network, business applications including Microsoft applications.
• Working knowledge of SCCM or comparable enterprise management software solution
• Knowledge regarding current available technology solutions and proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must be flexible for travel associated with on-site installations - up to 25% travel required. DL is required for travel between job sites.
• Combination of in-office and work-from-home schedule
