Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking several Multi-site Maintenance people ranging from entry level to highly skilled with or without HVAC experience. We have open roles at several of our owner managed apartment communities in the Columbus/Reynoldsburg Ohio area.

Essential Job Duties:
• Completes work orders assigned
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Preventative maintenance as assigned
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years' maintenance related experience
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of plumbing
• Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Multifamily/Apartment Community maintenance a plus
