Lincoln Property Company is currently hiring for a dynamic Cash Management Assistant to help oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties. Respond in a timely manner to Accounting and/or Property personnel requesting research on banking transactions, account maintenance changes and other miscellaneous needs.
Processing of Wires and ACHs as requested by the Accounting Department.
Enter Journal Entry support for cash transactions.
Assist in the timely reconciliation of two or more bank accounts.
2+ years combined experience in Cash Management, Accounting and/or Property Management operations preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel & Word.
Working knowledge of JD Edards, Yardi, Realpage, or other accounting software is a plus
Possess Strong skills in time management and be very detail oriented.
