EssentialFunctions:

• Engage with assigned mentors to develop and growyour knowledge and skill set through internal and external developmentopportunities
• Assistin special projects or activities including due diligence, propertyacquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsoredevents and functions
• Maintain a customer focusedattitude with both internal and external customers
• Use strong sales and customerservice skills with both internal and external customers
• Provide Living Excellence at everypoint of contact, exceeding residents expectations
• Showcase the value of the community features asthey relate to the customer needs
• Utilize and establish creative marketing andsocial media strategies to increase property traffic and assist with brandmanagement
• Maintain current and in-depthknowledge of the community s market position in surrounding submarket tomaintain the advantage above the competition
• Create and maintain excellent ongoing relationships with potential and current residents
• Maintain professional demeanor during high stress situations
• Use exceptional multi-tasking skills to streamline processes andeffectively manage daily tasks
• Collaborate with team members to plan andorganize resident events in order to promote and increase positive residentrelations
• Strategically plan and meetindividual and community performance goals consistent with market conditions(i. e. , sales and marketing goals, customer sentiment goals, etc.)
• Successfully adapt to change and lead throughadversity

• Bachelor s degree or higher required
• Must have strong leadership qualities andcharacteristics
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals
• Work a varied schedule including weekends andholidays as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite includingWord, Excel & Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leasing and/or property management experience highly desired
• Willingness to relocate
• Mustbe able to work required schedule which includes weekends and occasionalevening work
• Mayrequire auto and airline travel out of town and/or overnight trips

• Job isintermittently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e., climb stairs) to tour,show, and inspect apartments on a daily basis
• Will use somerepetitive motion of hand-wrist in using computer and writing
• Must have normalrange of vision to complete applications, leases, general paperwork and handlecomputerized bookkeeping duties; hearing and speech to communicate withresidents, vendors, supervisors and coworkers on the telephone or in person ona regular basis
• Must handlestressful, urgent, novel and diverse work situations on a daily basis
• Emotionalstability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position
• Works in atypical office setting with daily exposure to outdoor environment (i.e., heat,cold, damp, rain, etc.) when touring community
• Hazards can beavoided with proper lifting techniques, SDS and general safety training
• Will be regularlycalled upon to work long hours and odd schedules (including weekends)
• Position requiresperiodic travel by automobile to handle work-related activities
• May requireairline travel, out-of-town and /or overnight trips
• Attendance andpunctuality is essential for success in this position
