The Sr. Risk Associate will work cross functionally to support risk, business operations, and legal in the triage, tracking, monitoring, and communication around contingent liability matters.
* Gather, organize, summarize, index and maintain documents from various sources* Manage workflow from initial intake to resolution of contingent matters * Discuss insurance matters directly with internal stakeholders (e. g., Risk, Legal, and Property Management) as well as external stakeholders* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the process and obtain updates to status, as needed* Interface directly with third-party customers to ensure the appropriate handoff and resolution of contingent matters* Draft release agreements and resident advisory letters* Review of release agreements for third party claims* Respond to due diligence requests for disclosure of claims/litigated matters* Assist with executive lines claims* Contribute to claim reporting analytics* Provide excellent customer service skills, communication and organization* Coordinate internally across legal, risk and operations
