Employer:Greystar Management Services, LPJOB TITLE:Senior Investment AnalystLOCATION:465 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29403OPENINGS:1DUTIES: Conduct financial analysis of investment opportunities, including the creation of detailed pro-forma and financial models; gather, compile, investigate, and analyze market data to identify potential investment opportunities, and prepare narrative investment memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries that provide insights on proposed acquisitions; establish and maintain productive relationships with local market brokers, institutional and equity partners, lenders, real estate owners, and other key stakeholders, and appropriately manage on-going communications related to proposed investment transactions; identify, investigate, and refer potential acquisitions, and other real estate transactions to appropriate Greystar leadership, and assist in preparing financial, market, and other documents required for new business pitches and RFPs; organize, lead, and/or participate in the due diligence on acquisitions under contract, and develop documentation and recommendations on key findings that may affect the return and financial performance of the proposed deal; monitor and report on the status and progress of proposed acquisitions transactions within the assigned geographic region;, establish critical timelines and deadlines for tasks and activities related to the proposed transaction; identify and effectively addresses issues or problems that could otherwise adversely affect closing; complete various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. Travel required up to 10%. REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related field. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following: Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel specifically with advanced functions and macros; Expert level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint; Budgeting and Financial Reporting including Foresight budgeting software, and asseteye database Property management software including Entrada and Onesite; RealPage suite of products including axiometrics, performance analytics, investment analytics; Statistics, including sampling and exploring data, basic probability theory, and regression analysis; Argus; AutoCAD; and Procore.
