The User Admin Support Analyst will support both internal and external clients in responding to incoming emails, Helpdesk tickets, and phone support for Lincoln Property Company's Property Management systems, including Yardi, Rent Cafe/CRM, Payscan, OneSite, Entrata, First Advantage and Google Gmail. Primary role will consist of the setup of a new hire user access
Provide accurate system role and access to applications
Reset and Unlock accounts
Provide Email Support
Work with Lincoln's property management personnel to assist with questions or problems they have with Lincoln's Property Management Systems
Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate.
Knowledge of the following is a Plus but not required: Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM, Payscan, Yardi 6, OneSite, and Entrata, OKTA, Active Directory, Gmail, Password resets
Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
Basic PC skills / Helpdesk experience
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work with team members
