COMPANY: Greystar Management Services, LPJOB TITLE:Business Systems AnalystLOCATION:600 Las Colinas Blvd E, Suite 2100, Irving, TX 75039OPENINGS:1DUTIES: Evaluate, recommend, and develop business process improvements and enhancements, including creation of detailed workflow diagrams, charts, and project plans from concept through implementation; conduct detailed needs assessments for proposing system changes and/or business solutions by communicating with senior business leaders, team members, and others, and researching technology and systems options that align with the Company's technology and systems needs and strategies; provide end user support including resolution of system, data creation and maintenance, and process issues and proper escalation of critical issues; coordinate and assist in supervising system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements by evaluating and recommending upgrades based on business needs and requirements; oversee and/or assist with gathering system requirements, design, development, testing, and system roll-out, including preparing senior management reporting on results; prepare detailed functional program specifications for reports, interface, extensions and other modules; develop and ensure compliance with functional and technical development standards and procedures; provide leadership to novice Business & Systems Analysts, and supervise and provide leadership to onsite, onshore, and offshore contractor resources. Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s). Travel required up to 10%REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Additionally, the position requires demonstrable experience with each of the following: Understanding of the real estate industry, in particular multi-family housing and third-party property management, in order to relate financial and operating analyses to practical business solutions and process improvements; Understanding of system support issues, issue severity, and issue tracking and resolution processes including issue appropriate issue escalation where necessary; Implementing or supporting Oracle applications; Understanding of the project implementation lifecycle; Implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle applications; Preparing and explaining financial data to executive and senior managers, team members, internal and external clients, business contacts, and customers; Mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information; Analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports in accordance with accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost control principles; Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Cloud Applications including ERP, PPM, HCM, EPM, and OAX; Demonstrated proficiency with Approval Management; Demonstrated proficiency with Account Groups; Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Cloud Security; Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); and Demonstrated proficiency with ServiceNow or similar help desk applications.
