The Transaction Associate supports the execution of due diligence processes and programs to assist in facilitating the successful completion of all Investment Group transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing.
Facilitate/coordinate information flow during acquisition/ disposition processes- specifically as relates to Due Diligence, Lender requirements and documentation, Legal DocumentationOrganization of information for acquisitions/dispositions/recapitalizations/financing
Assist with overall organization and maintenance of all owned asset informationAssist with building and implementing new processes as new asset classes are brought into portfolio
Develop knowledge of all the relevant systems used in the client reporting/ diligence process: AssetEye, Sharepoint, Intralinks
Works closely with the Information Technology department to manage the placement, storage and access administration of all information relating to entity management and property files within Diligent
Completes various tracking and other reports and analysis, as well as performs other duties as assigned or as necessary
Maintain professional and organized communication as relates to above
Build relationships with external and internal resources in order to most effectively complete responsibilities. This will include exposure across various lines of business in interfacing with internal parties as relates to Investments, Development, Finance, Portfolio Management, Accounting, Information Technology, Risk Management etc. And also externally including Brokers, Lenders, Sell/Buy Side Principals, Title, Legal, 3rd party vendors and so on.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
