In this integral role, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software systems issues for AMLI personnel. This position is the first point of contact for company software/desktop needs and end user issues affecting AMLI. The IT Helpdesk Analyst role ensures proper prioritization of issues and that the resulting resolutions meet the needs of the company. This job entails analyzing and resolving system software and hardware issues, installation of software & printers, escalated PC support, and troubleshooting.
