Area Community Manager
Job Summary:Under the direction of a District or Regional Manager, the Area Community Manager is responsible for the overall operations of his/her own community, as well as his/her additional assigned communities, which will typically be two to four communities. The ACM provides direction to the property management leadership staff and is accountable for the business results of his/her communities, with an emphasis on customer service, employee performance, and implementation of corporate initiatives. This position requires a close working relationship with the ACM s District/Regional Manager in order to be prepared to assume additional responsibilities in anticipation of moving into the District Manager role.
