This role is specific to our 2022 New Grad Cohort and qualified applicants must be graduating between December 2021 and June 2022 from a 4 year accredited University to participate in this full-time career program. We will have multiple opportunities for the 2022 Cohort throughout Orange County. This position is a role in the Property Management Professional Program, responsible for supporting the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.JOB DESCRIPTIONAssists with all sales and leasing activities
