Operations Specialist - Student Living
This position assists with all onsite property management functions and requires 80% travel. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of Student Living Community Manager experience at a minimum. This position can be located anywhere in the continental US and requires 80% travel. Assists as needed with all onsite management functions including management of team members, marketing and leasing strategy, and daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
