Overview:We have a brand new position for our South Lake Union campus properties. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the accounting and resident relations of AMLI 535 and AMLI South Lake Union. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance, and submission of all administrative forms, files, and reports. Post rent to the computer tracking system. Perform timely and accurate Bookkeeping functions, including: Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the property.
