The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for working with Greystar business leaders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition and retention strategies that enable the successful achievement of our business goals. The role is responsible for defining the knowledge, skills, experience, and behavioral requirements for positions, and for sourcing top talent for current and future staffing needs. The position oversees the candidate interviewing, selection and onboarding processes and uses Greystar's systems, technologies, tools, and policies related to talent acquisition. This role will be specifically involved in supporting Greystar's Support Services Teams, including Information Technology, Property Accounting, Property Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and HR.
