Resident Experience Coordinator
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinates with marketing team on literature & collateral.
Organizes and promotes resident events.
Manages fitness center, marina, and front gate attendants.
Manages orders and budgets for marketing supplies/services.
Maintains working relationship with the restaurant team and massage therapist.
Oversees marketing and services on websites and community app.
High School diploma
Intermediate computer technology skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication
Demonstrated ability to respond to critical incidents and problem solve in emergency situations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment
Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
