Are you customer service focused and detail oriented? If so, then AMLI Residential has a fantastic Assistant Property Manager role at AMLI Westside, our luxury apartment mid-rise located in Atlanta's midtown neighborhood.
In this integral role, you will assist in ensuring the efficient operations of AMLI Westside under the direction of the property manager. Key areas include collections, leasing and resident services. You will be responsible for the operation of the property in the Property Manager's absence.
Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, files and reports. Post rent to the computer tracking system.
Perform timely and accurate Bookkeeping functions as necessary.
Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the property. Review invoices, vendor service, material charges, coding and processing for payment.
Follow-up on outstanding balances of former residents and submit accounts to collections when necessary.
Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up on residents.
Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Assist the Property Manager in solving resident problems and on-going resident relations.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with two or more years related experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus. Experience working in the multifamily/apartment industry a big plus.
