The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Hub will build and implement a comprehensive and compelling strategy for talent acquisition processes, procedures and practices, focusing on employer branding, candidate experience, diversity hiring, hiring metrics, and sourcing strategies across Greystar. The role will act as an advisor to Property Management leaders on talent acquisition best practices and work in collaboration with HR Business Partners to execute talent acquisition elements of workforce strategy.
