We are in the early stages of an exciting multi-year program that is focused improving team member and resident experience and reinventing the property operating model. We have launched two Customer Experience teams to better understand our residents and team member experiences to implement solutions that will add measurable impact and value. We have also launched a Product development team to create a new resident application and team member database to improve the communication and experience between them.
