This job is responsible for assisting in bookkeeping /accounting for a high-net worth individual using generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information, reconcile financial statements, prepare general and standard journal entries, assist in processing payroll, assist in budget development, and prepare standard accounting and financial reports for management. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the management of day-to-day cash transactions, including but not limited to daily oversight of bank accounts, entering transactions into QuickBooks on a timely basis, managing payables and bi-weekly check runs, preparing wire transactions, and completing bank reconciliations. 2.Compiles and analyzes financial information in prepar
