The Area Director of Operations (Community Manager) is a member of the University of Kentucky (UK) Campus Housing team who reports directly to the Associate Director of Operations. This person serves as a direct link between UK, Greystar, students, facility management, and building operations. The Area Director of Operations is responsible for positively contributing to a high-quality, living-learning residential experience for students while working side-by-side with the University.
