We have an opening for an Assistant Community Manager at AMLI Lindbergh. As the Assistant Community Manager, you will assist in ensuring the efficient operation of the accounting and resident relations of our luxury apartment midrise in Atlanta.
Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance, and submission of all administrative forms, files, and reports. Post rent to the computer tracking system.
Perform timely and accurate Bookkeeping functions, including:
Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the property. Review invoices, vendor service, material charges, coding, and processing for payment. Ensure contact with business and locator services, and ensure availability of promotional materials.
Assist with orientation, training, and scheduling of office staff.
Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up on residents.
Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Assist the Community Manager in solving resident problems and ongoing resident relations.
Assist the Community Manager in designing and implementing a resident retention program.
Inspect models, the office, and vacant units as necessary to ensure marketability.
Shop competition regularly and know about their pricing, policies, lease terms, property terms, etc.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma, or general education degree (GED) required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Weekend availability required.
