AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity at AMLI Fountain Place, our premier luxury apartment community in downtown Dallas.
The Resident Services Coordinator will develop, implement and maintain an effective Resident Retention Program and you will ensure resident satisfaction via resident services, activities and effective problem resolution. Duties include:
Respond to all resident requests/complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner working closing with the Community Manager. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during and after leasing an apartment.
Analyze, assess and follow up to Kingsley Index for overall customer satisfaction.
Assist in areas of Marketing expectations including, but not necessarily limited to email, social media, Perks Partnerships,and Preferred Employers.
Manage renewal process; ensure monthly renewal goals are achieved.
Prepare and distribute all lease renewal letters to lease expirations.
Plan, organize and implement resident activities and events and participate/lead AMLI community outreach/volunteer activities.
Support leasing staff as required; lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Show and sell apartments to possible 'Transfer on Site' situations
Available to host and attend evening and weekend resident events.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma, or general education degree (GED); Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred or three plus year's sales or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 week's vacation; an additional week at 3 years. Plus sick, personal days and holiday pay.
