This position is responsible for providing property support with regards lease review and compliance.
Responsible for providing dedicated property support to owned asset team
Leads property budget support which includes hosting budget camps
Updates, audits and requests for special provisions and addenda for AA lease including weekly meeting with Lease Compliance to review and ensure all NAA updates are completed for Student
Completes NAA Annual Lease Review
Audits rent roll and coordinates and tracks completion twice a year
Leads PTP process to include Salesforce Team and onboarding New properties to NAA Student Housing
Coordinates Local Counsel for Lease Approval and Addendums
Responsible for setup of Blue Moon and Entrata License of NAA Lease Packet
Assists in reviewing, testing, and releasing all new and updated features in Entrata and how it works with the NAA Lease to ensure they are functional and the impact to the onsite teams is positive
Lead on owned asset lease compliance changes to include working with local counsel for any lease or RQA initiatives or question, working with Advantage Solutions for Insurance and Utility compliance, and working with Local counsel on any custom addendums to stay in compliance with NAA Lease
Answers Greystar/Entrata Help Desk Tickets in regards to anything NAA Lease related
Assists with OneSite Blue Moon NAA Lease Packets.
Coordinates RQA with local attorneys when new property onboarded
Coordinates Broker Compliance for property portfolio
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
