1. No payroll processing is involved with this role. The primary focus of this position will be to analyze significant amounts of payroll data in Excel (~250 employees). 2. Review payroll data for proper GL coding across multiple cost centers.3.Reconcile each cost center's payroll budget to the actual payroll recorded on a monthly basis.4.Provide a detailed variance analysis in Excel comparing by person payroll actuals vs budget on a monthly basis. 5.Prepare monthly payroll accrual and incentive accrual calculations.6.Reconcile the payroll accrual and incentive accrual accounts monthly. 7.Prepare journal entries to reclass payroll to the correct cost centers and between lines of business. 8.Calculate monthly payroll allocations to renovation jobs.9.Uplo
