Fore Property Company a privately held and growing national development and property management company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful community, Boulder Pointe in Henderson, NV.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will perform service duties, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees and vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities include: Supervise and mentor the maintenance team. Maintain supply and parts inventory. Respond timely to service requests. Share emergency service work on an on-call basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years previous multifamily maintenance experience required.
• 2 years previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor required
• Experience with 200+ unit properties
• Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, air conditioning/heating, painting/drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical.
• HVAC certification required
• CPO is required
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally.
• Must operate specialized tools.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly.
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
• $1,000.00 sign on bonus
