Responsible for the execution of Greystar's digital adoption content by designing, developing, and implementing a training curriculum using the Company's digital adoption platform. Additional traditional training methods such as in person or virtual training may be required to support online content.
Collaboration on the vision, with full ownership on the strategy for digital adoption across our team
Participates in establishing goals and objectives for online programs, projects, and initiatives that align with the overall business plan and Greystar's strategy related to the property management software adoption, and performance.
Creates, revises, and maintains existing digital training content by researching software functionality, designing instructions, and developing content and supporting materials.
Responsible for program evaluation methods that measure on-site team's adoption and willingness for change management by developing, releasing, and reviewing surveys based off the digital adoption
Partner with cross-functional international and domestic teams to identify change management opportunities, demonstrate systems software, create content based off refresher trainings as needed, and facilitate training alternatives based on specific situations.
Lead conversations with international team leaders to understand regional challenges in each market and develop content to support them.
Partner with product managers, and external vendors to suggest features that drive adoption.
Work with outside vendor(s) on content, and material translations for all supported markets.
Identify metrics that support user adoption and provide KPIs monthly to senior leadership based off the digital adoption platform performance.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
