Job SummaryCamden's Sales Managers have overall responsibility for the entire sales function of a multifamily portfolio comprised of two or more communities and/or our most complex, high NOI communities. Sales Managers directly supervise the leasing team and serve as the link between community management and leasing efforts. Under the direction of the General Manager, Sales Managers will encourage teamwork by motivating, developing, and supporting the leasing staff to deliver sales excellence and achieve sales performance goals.
