Greystar is seeking a Web Content & Social Media Analyst to join the Enterprise Digital team in the US. This role will be responsible for communicating Greystar's corporate brand and initiatives across the website & social media, and ensuring all activities are scaled to meet business needs and executed in line with Greystar's global standards.

Role Overview Social Media *Responsible for the coordination, scheduling and publishing of content on all social media platforms and Greystar blog (including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn) *Put together social media briefs for DEI campaigns and other global corporate initiatives *Writing social media posts and captions *Manage LinkedIn accounts and maintenance of inbox for Greystar leadership team *Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other analytical tools to measure and report on the results of campaigns Web Content *Build and edit webpages in Sitecore *Handle website maintenance by fixing broken links and supporting the digital team with open tickets *Coordinate the delivery of, edit and publish weekly blog posts *Maintain the Editorial Calendar *Maintain the accuracy of Greystar's Contact Us page and other webpages with guidance from the Digital team *Attend weekly meetings and provide minutes *Support with SEO research
Role Scope: *Focusing on Greystar's corporate initiatives, this role will support the Senior Manager, Web Content & Social Media to execute social media campaigns and the overall global web content & social strategy.
BA Degree required
Minimum of 1-2 years social media experience
A solid understanding of social media industry and each platform
Proficient with social software (i.e. Rep.Com, FBM)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with Photoshop (for ad hoc tasks)
Basic knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics with ability to interpret data
A creative and innovative thinker with a flair for social media and content campaigns
Organized, collaborative and process-driven approach to work
Thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment
Strong communicator (both internally and externally)
Self-motivated and enthusiastic, happy to get involved in a variety of activities
A team player, working with teams across the business
