The National Transitions Coordinator will manage the on-boarding of newly acquired and new construction property management assignments and disposition of properties within the Lincoln portfolio. They are responsible for organizing, scheduling and leading transition calls with the Regional and National teams.
The National Transitions Coordinator will manage Basecamp (project management tool) and provide general support to the onsite and regional teams throughout the transition process including performing follow-up on-site post transition visits. In addition, the National Transitions Coordinator will assist the National Conversion Managers as needed in setting up LPC Yardi for newly acquired and new construction properties.
This position is located at Lincoln's national headquarters in Dallas, TX.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Backup for National Conversion Manager * Review conversion data to ensure accuracy * Setup Basecamps for all transitions (due diligence, property transitions, new constructions, retaining management, closeouts) * Schedule and lead all transition calls * Track and ensure completion of all property transitions in Basecamp * Update and maintain Basecamp templates to ensure accurate and efficient data * Create and ship transition kickoff kits * Order blank business cards * Order check scanners * Maintain transition statistics * Provide suggestions and solutions to property transition process * Lead and execute special projects as needed * Host calls with RPMs during their first LPC transition to introduce Basecamp and general transition process
Candidates must be able to effectively assess transition issues in a timely and professional manner to determine what scenarios need more guidance from the National Transitions Team.
* College degree preferred * Relevant property management experience * Thorough knowledge of Yardi * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Effective and efficient time management skills * Detail oriented, organized and thorough * Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility and team approach to work * Excellent oral and written communication skills
