Subcontractor/Vendor qualification and buyout
Communication & Coordination with Owner, Design Disciplines, and Building Officials
Project Documentation & Reporting
Owner Meeting Minutes
Quality Control Program
Oversee and manage On-Site Field Staff
Coordinate with Project Superintendent for division of responsibilities, allocation of workload, and number of field staff based on project status
Evaluate, train and re-assign staff as required
Review and approve all Invoices and Subcontractor Draws
Oversee documentation, waiver releases and disbursement of payments for Draws
Manage reporting and close out of items from 3rd Party Consultant Reports
Accessibility / Fair Housing / ADA
Responsible for delivery of projects on schedule, and for profit/loss versus budget
Excellent ability to read, interpret and follow Plans & Specifications
Must be willing to Travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency; G-mail, Timberline, Microsoft Project, MS Excel, MS Word, Procore, Bluebeam
