Groundskeeper
Overview:Apply now for AMLI Residential's Groundskeeper job opening at our apartment community in southwest Austin. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Apply now and if hired, Up to $1,000 in sign-on bonus. Other Duties include:Ensure timely and effective trash removal from all assigned areas on a daily basis. Maintain and clean lights in hallways as scheduled by the Service Manager Maintain lawn care by picking up trash and sweeping leaves. Hose to clean front entry walks. Water flower boxes on a daily basis (seasonal). Care for, maintain and inventory all janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
