Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team membersJOB DESCRIPTIONEvery one of our 112 apartments at Logger Creek are finished with granite-slab counter tops, Terra-cotta tile flooring, upgraded black appliances, walk-in kitchen pantries, walk-in closets, 9' ceilings and full sized washers and dryers. We are also located on Logger Creek so select apartment homes have beautiful views of the creek side and mountains. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
