OverviewThe Tier 1 User Admin Support Analyst will support both internal and external clients in responding to incoming emails, Helpdesk tickets, and phone support for Lincoln Property Company's Property Management systems, including Yardi, Rent Cafe/CRM, Payscan, OneSite, Entrata, First Advantage and Google Gmail. ResponsibilitiesPrimary role will consist of the setup of a new hire user access, provide accurate system role and access to applications, Reset and Unlock accounts, provide Email Support, and work with Lincoln's property management personnel to assist with questions or problems they have with Lincoln's Property Management Systems.
