Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team membersSchedule: second shift 2pm-10pm or swing shift 12pm -8pm with days off Wednesday - Thursday weeklyJOB DESCRIPTIONCleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor. Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain marketready appeal. Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Head Janitor, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
