Job SummaryCamdenâ™s Instructional Designer will create engaging training for our multi-generational workforce in various modes of delivery, including instructor-led classes, workshops and computer-based training. This role will report to the Instructional Design Manager and collaborate with the employee development team, as well as subject matter experts throughout the company to create training that drives Camdenâ™s success. The Instructional Designer handles course development, including needs analysis, design and implementation. In addition to creating new training programs, the Instructional Designer continually evaluates the effectiveness of existing training and makes changes to meet our constantly evolving business needs.
