Management Coordinator - Affordable Housing Programs
The Affordable Housing Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing our on-site teams support, managing the MFTE recertification process. This is a hybrid position and will require working at various properties in the Greater Seattle market as needed. JOB DESCRIPTIONManage the MFTE extension process by meeting the submission deadlines for individual properties to requalify residents and keep in compliance with local laws for affordable housing. Host resident events to collect all documents and completed forms to submit for requalification.Follow up by phone and email to collect all appropriate documentation within the allotted time period for resident submission.Team Members in this role may do any combination of respons
