Compliance Monitor
OverviewTo work in conjunction with the Regional Compliance Specialist and Regional Property Managers to ensure compliance of the Affordable Housing Programs at the communities. To ensure that each staff member receives training for the particular affordable programs offered at the communities. The Compliance Monitor is responsible for monitoring all affordable housing programs that are designated to each of our properties. One of the primary duties of this position will be reviewing resident certification and re-certification files, as well as completing and submitting agency reports.
