The Renovation Technician is responsible for renovating units while adhering to budget guidelines, project timelines and departmental processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for renovating units which could include but is not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, repairs, cleaning and painting.Â
Ensures compliance with all safety regulations including, but not limited to, the use of a back brace, safety goggles and gloves as appropriate while renovating units.Â
Maintaining accurate documentation of renovation supplies. Â
Maintain constant communication with management; providing daily project updates.Â
Assist with inspection of vacant units and inventory work to be performed adhering to the renovation process. Â

The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
